I am considered an Out Of Network (OON) provider.  Many of my clients have been reimbursed by their insurance companies for my services as an out-of-network provider through my providing a Superbill. A Superbill is a detailed receipt of our session dates. times, and other information insurance companies will need.

Every insurance plan is different, so it is advised to call your personal insurance company to see what your plan offers for mental health services. Once we have completed a session or sessions, I can provide a Superbill that you then submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

You also are able to use your Health or Flex Savings Accounts (HSA or FSA)—of which some will also accept a Superbill for reimbursement.

Each fee listed below is for a full 60-minute in-person, telehealth, or phone session, unless otherwise indicated.

The fee for an individual session is $175. 

The fee for your initial intake and assessment session is $250.
