The Greatest Love of All – – You are

Singles Awareness Day, SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder), Anti-Valentine’s Day, Valentine’s Day, and now—according to Hallmark—Galentine’s Day.  Whatever it is to you, I wholeheartedly believe to love yourself first is important to your mind, your spiritedness, and your body-- in turn, reacting to disparaging feelings toward yourself.  According to Web MD, “Depression is a brain disorder that can lead to much emotional anguish. Changes in how your brain functions also can have a big effect on your body. Is it any wonder, then, that depression contributes to a wide array of physical problems that affect everything from your heart to your immune system?”  It’s important to our health how we feel about ourselves.  For more on the mind body connection, please read here

Here’s some words of inspiration to hopefully ignite your deep red, self-love heart to be willing to be vulnerable, comfortable with who you are, and at peace with yourself where you are right now.
